Akali won Singapore
Akali just won the Regional Qualifier in Singapore. There were 2,055 players. The winning deck costs about $500.
Two cards make up about $335 of that. Kai'Sa Survivor is $71 a copy. Astral Heron is $42 a copy. It went up almost 60% in one week. Astral Heron was also the key card in the deck that won Wuhan seven days earlier.
Kennen made the Top 8 four times. Master Yi made it twice. Akali and Fiora made it once each. This post covers those two.
The Akali legends
The Akali, Rogue Assassin (Signature) has settled around $3,200. The Akali, Rogue Assassin (Overnumbered) has a market price of $572. Its last sale was $650.
I think the Signature is a little expensive right now. The Overnumbered is still climbing. If Akali does well again in LA, I expect both to go up. If you own one, I would hold it.
Kai'Sa Survivor and Astral Heron
Kai'Sa Survivor is a must if you play red. It goes in every red deck. A playset is about $210.
The Kai'Sa - Survivor (Alternate Art) is only about $73. At that price, I would get the Alternate Art. The Kai'Sa, Survivor (Crystal Rose) is about $93. It is up 17.5% in the last 30 days.
Astral Heron has a market price near $44. Its last sale was $45. It is up 131% in 30 days. If you play Akali or Irelia, I think a playset is a must buy.
The other Akali cards
Zhonya's Hourglass is about $15. It is down 13% in 30 days. If you play green, it is a buy.
Shuriken Flip is Akali's signature spell. Its market price is $15.74. It is down 20% in 30 days. The winning deck ran three.
Falling Star is about $15. It is down 27% in 30 days. It works great with Astral Heron. Play Astral Heron first, and Falling Star costs less. If you play red, get a playset.
The Fiora Aurora deck
The Fiora - Grand Duelist (Overnumbered) has a market price near $110. It is down 13% in 30 days. I think it is a little underpriced. I plan to pick one up.
Rengar is up 77% in 30 days. It used to be an $18 card. Now it is about $35. If you play orange, you need three. The Rengar, Trophy Hunter (Overnumbered) is about $145. I would wait a week or two. I think $140 is a good price.
Sett, Brawler is about $7.66, and it is a buy. The Sett, Brawler (Crystal Rose) is about $14. I think it is undervalued. The Sett - Brawler (Overnumbered) is about $85. That one is more for collectors.
Rift Herald is up 56% in 30 days. It is about $5, and it is a must buy for yellow. The Rift Herald (Alternate Art) is about $10. You do not need it.
Elder Dragon is about $15.45. A playset is about $45, and it is worth it. The Elder Dragon (Alternate Art) is about $21. For five more dollars, I think it is a buy.
Dazzling Aurora is about $40. A year ago it was $100. Aurora decks are not going anywhere, so I think it is a buy.
